U.S. Bancorp CEO Davis discusses proposal to change states' powers

Richard Davis, chief executive officer at U.S. Bancorp, said the banking industry's "number-one concern" in terms of the Senate's bill to overhaul financial regulations is the power it grants to states over national banks. "If we had one thing to fight for, it would be to protect pre-emption," said Davis, who also is chairman of The Financial Services Roundtable.
