Auburn launches one health cancer initiative

Auburn University has announced the launch of the Auburn University Research Initiative in Cancer, a one health effort that includes $1 million in state funds to research cancer cures for companion animals and humans. The research, led by the university's College of Veterinary Medicine, will also include faculty from the engineering, nursing and pharmacy departments, among others.
