Ky. schools get ready for new rules on seclusion, restraint

Schools across Kentucky are adopting new policies and are planning to train employees, from principals to school-bus drivers, to implement new state regulations on student seclusion and restraint for the 2013-14 school year. The rules allow use of such techniques on students whose actions could hurt themselves or others, but not as a general disciplinary measure.
