Dunkin' Donuts franchisee uses Twitter to geotarget customers

Using HipLogiq's SocialCompass, an Arizona Dunkin' Donuts franchisee was able to target local Twitter users with customized messages enticing them to nearby stores. "Compared to other digital efforts, this allows us to react in real time," said Alex Apodaca, chief operating officer of the Phoenix-area franchise.
