Financial firms introduce initiatives to attract women

Financial firms are introducing internship programs designed to help women who have taken time off to raise their children re-enter the workforce. These programs come at a critical time for the financial industry, which saw 200,000 women leave from 2002 to 2012. "We are looking to be innovative about how we recruit," said Peg Sullivan, Morgan Stanley's global head of talent management.
