Why women need to be confident in their negotiation skills

Women have the skills to be talented negotiators, but they sometimes undermine themselves by avoiding confrontational situations, writes Jim Murray, creator of The CEO Program: Leading with Purpose. "Women are more pessimistic about what they can achieve via negotiations and thus typically ask for and get less -- on average, about 30% less than men," he writes.
