Calif. Principal Gets Restraining Order Against Student

Since the restraining order was issued, the Van Nuys, Calif., high school principal has barred the special education student from attending school. The student's mother says the school doesn't have the right to eject her son, whom she says is emotionally disabled and suffers from attention deficit disorder. A hearing is scheduled for April 2.
