More states consider legislation to remedy bullying in schools

Five years after the Columbine shooting tragedy, seventeen states have anti-bullying laws on the books, while another 16 recently have considered anti-bullying legislation. While some lawmakers believe bullying policies should be left to local districts, others in favor of the legislation say schools don't always deal with taunting and teasing effectively.
