Brazil's Embraer to launch roomy regional jet that seats 100

Brazilian jetmaker Embraer is building a roomy 100-seat regional jet that feels like a larger jetliner, the New York Times reports. JetBlue has 100 of the planes on order and will become the first airline to fly them. The new planes will allow JetBlue to bring affordable travel to small cities. Embraer said airlines could demand 5,800 of the jets during the next 20 years.
