Feds to settle beer taste wars

A truth-in-advertising dispute between Anheuser-Busch and Miller Brewing is being referred by the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus to the U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, which already is probing Miller's claims that its Miller Lite brand has "more taste" than Bud Light for fairness and truthfulness. Miller declined to participate in the NAD review, citing the government's concurrent review.
