State budget plans could cut health benefits for millions

Millions of poor, disabled and elderly Americans could be affected by health care cuts in the budget plans of financially strapped states. An Associated Press review found more than 10 million could lose dental care, access to specialists and name-brand prescription drugs or other benefits.
