Wal-Mart buys remaining stake in Seiyu

Wal-Mart Stores will acquire the 4% of Japanese supermarket chain Seiyu it did not own. Wal-Mart has struggled with its low-price strategy in Japan, where consumers tend to associate low prices with poor quality.
