Digital still growth area for some newspapers

QuadrantOne, a national network for online display ads that's a partnership between Tribune, Gannett, Hearst and The New York Times Company, is in expansion mode. It named Monika Belur as its marketing director and hired or promoted several others for sales executive positions. Meanwhile, the Yahoo! Newspaper Consortium has added two new publications -- The Boston Globe and The St. Petersburg Times -- to its list of nearly 800 member newspapers.
