Are marketers better off developing and marketing a Facebook presence instead of devoting resources to a dedicated Web site? Paul Dunay, author of the forthcoming "Facebook Marketing for Dummies" gives the answer one might expect, touting the social network's free platform. But one commentator points out, "I doubt seriously that more than 10 percent of my clients or potential clients ever visit Facebook."
