Group seeks support for clinical information network

A group of U.S. health policy experts is calling on both the national and local governments as well as the public sector to support the development of a rapid learning network in order to share clinical information on treatments for patients covered by Medicare and Medicaid. The group says the proposed network will help accelerate the process of discovering more effective and less expensive medical treatments.
