PCI opposes new climate change survey requirement

PCI says a new mandatory climate change survey could leave insurers vulnerable to lawsuits when the answers are made public next year. The survey is a new National Association of Insurance Commissioners requirement. Insurers must fill out surveys explaining how they perceive the risks of climate change and what they're doing to mitigate those risks.
