Survey: Commercial real estate rebound will be slow

Investors expect the U.S. commercial property market to go from bad to worse, according to a survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers. According to the survey of 100 investors, the sector won't start to recover until well into next year. And when it does start to recover, it will be slow and sluggish. "Investors are not expecting this recovery, when it does happen, to be a sharp recovery where it hits bottom and bounces up," said Susan Smith, a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
