House passes bill to fight tobacco smuggling

The House of Representatives passed a bill that bans the shipment of cigarettes through the U.S. Postal Service to help regulate Internet vendors' shipments of tobacco products. The measure, which categorizes cigarette smuggling as a felony crime, awaits President Barack Obama's signature.
