Blog: FAA should re-examine Fundamentals of Instruction test

Blogger Scott Spangler writes that the Federal Aviation Administration should reassess its test questions for the Fundamentals of Instruction test. In February, 58% of students failed the test after the questions were revised. "Tests assess more than student knowledge ... they measure the test creator's knowledge of the source material and ability to parse it into test questions," writes Spangler.
