To put together plausible March Madness brackets, you have to consider not just a team's skill, but also the context in which it operates. That's a sound lesson for any business leader, writes Eddie Yoon, since companies' successes depend on their rivals' strengths and weaknesses as well as their own. "In business as in basketball, understanding what bracket you're competing in is key to shaping your competitive strategy and tactics," Yoon writes.
