When it became obvious to math teachers in one Massachusetts high school that they weren't going to find new textbooks aligned with the Common Core State Standards for a reasonable price, they collaborated to develop an online textbook from their notes and homework assignments. Teachers working on the project meet once a week to create chapters and materials.
