Moody's: Food-driven inflation particularly worrisome for India

Although Moody's has maintained its stable outlook for India's economy, on Monday it signaled worry over the country's persistent inflation driven by food prices. The rating agency noted India's food inflation exceeds that for the rest of the world and said that "it has particularly credit negative implications for India because of its economic structure and policy framework."
