The culinary travel scene continues to grow as tour operators expand their offerings of food-and-beverage themed experiential travel products, this feature says. "Travelers today are more discerning than they were 20 years ago and they don't want standard tours; it's definitely about the experience and engaging all the senses," said Moira Smith, GoWay Travel's general manager for Africa and the Middle East.
