TV is preferred platform for news, research indicates

A higher percentage of people say they use TV to get news than say the same about computers, radio, print or mobile devices, according to research from the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research and the American Press Institute's Media Insight Project. The public's top news source was local TV, followed by broadcast network TV, newspapers, cable news networks and radio.
