Interest in flatbread rises

The flatbread craze is spreading -- the number of new products named "flatbread" increased from 20 in 2005 to 66 last year, research firm Mintel said. Quizno's, Dunkin' Donuts and Arby's have incorporated the upscale bread into their restaurant offerings, with the product said to be "emerging as the hottest thing since sliced bread."
