Affordable tech toy gadgets hit store shelves

An important imaging processor used in camera-equipped cell phones has gone down in price because of the high demand for personal electronics, prompting the release of affordable toys that feature optical technology. Toys, including powerful night-vision goggles, are now making their way onto shelves in stores ranging from Toys "R" Us to Wal-Mart.
