Many users over 45 say Web content, ads not aimed at them

Web content and ads are aimed at their younger counterparts, according to the majority of Web users 45 and older who participated in a survey for BurstMedia. Just around 37% of respondents aged 45 to 54 said they believe Web sites were crafted to appeal to their age group, while around 73% of respondents in this demographic expressed the belief that online ads are geared toward younger consumers.
