Texas wind farm sells naming rights to Michigan manufacturer

From sports stadiums to concert halls, corporations have long viewed naming rights as a good way to create brand awareness. But Steelcase, a large Michigan furniture maker, has bought the naming rights -- and the renewable-energy credits -- for a commercial wind farm under construction in Panhandle, Texas. Experts say the deal could become a blueprint for other companies looking to reduce their carbon footprint and reinforce their "green" credentials in the minds of consumers.
