Boulder to consolidate school kitchens

Boulder Valley School District officials in Colorado are making over the district's lunch program by consolidating its 23 school kitchens into six locations. Administrators say the move will help improve quality and efficiency by centralizing the production of meals, which can be prepared from scratch, delivered and reheated in school cafeterias through the district.
