2 buildings at World Trade Center site reach milestones

Construction of the $3.9 billion One World Trade Center in New York City has reached 93 stories, rising 1,208 feet and nearing its goal of 1,776 feet. "It’s the eighth wonder of the world," says Steve Plate, the Port Authority’s director of World Trade Center Construction. Meanwhile, the 52-story 7 World Trade Center tower has been 95% leased, according to a report from Fitch Ratings. It was built for about $670 million and is appraised today at $940 million.
