Ind. county initiative aims to reduce salt in restaurant food

Dietitians and chefs in Monroe County, Ind., will use a $20,000 CDC grant to hold classes to teach restaurant staff how to cook with less salt. Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital registered dietitian Samantha Schaefer says that up to 75% of the sodium people consume comes from processed or prepared foods.
