Timeliness is seen as key to value of mobile tracking data

Making mobile tracking information available in a near real-time fashion can greatly enhance the value of that data for marketers, GfK CEO Matthias Hartmann said at the Advertising Research Foundation conference. Separately, Hartmann said that although emerging markets hold great potential in mobile, the U.S. is likely to remain the world's leading venue for market research for the foreseeable futures.
