Analysis: Diet-plus-exercise programs improve BP in obese children

An analysis revealed anti-obesity programs that focus on both diet and physical activity fared better than either diet or exercise alone in lowering blood pressure levels in overweight and obese children. The findings were published in the journal Circulation.
