Bellagio launches V.I.P. private table offering for buffet

The Bellagio is upping the ante for luxury Las Vegas hotels seeking to offer fine dining in a buffet format with the launch of a Chef's Table V.I.P. private dining experience. Guests are welcomed by a team of chefs who present an assortment of foods along with a specialty menu including artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and premium meats. "Buffets represent the ultimate indulgence, and the Chef's Table is our way of offering the attentive service of a fine dining restaurant with the variety of offerings afforded at a buffet," said Bellagio executive chef Edmund Wong.
