Hotels look to capture Millennial market with new tech-friendly brands

Hotel companies are building new brands aimed at catering to the Millennial demographic with more social spaces, free Wi-Fi and technology features designed to appeal to the device-obsessed. Thompson Hotels debuts its Tommie brand next year featuring Reading Rooms and a gourmet casual dining experience, while Marriott is creating Moxy, which opens this summer in Milan and includes floor-to-ceiling "art walls" in the rooms, a wine bar and a meeting area with ergonomic seating.
