Hydrosol promotes new yogurt product opportunities with food stabilizer

Food stabilizer manufacturer Hydrosol predicts big opportunities for Greek yogurt using its newly developed stabilizing system, which can be used to make yogurt cubes, slices and other yogurt-based products. "Cultured milk products have a very positive image. ... We think there is big potential for different products," said Application Manager Holger Ranter.
