Nev. county commission weighs ownership of Strip news racks

The Clark County, Nev., Commission is considering an ordinance that would give it greater control over news racks on the Las Vegas Strip. Under the ordinance, the county would own and maintain news racks but would not limit publications in them. Last year, the commission discussed banning the racks.
