Sartori celebrates 75 years of cheesemaking in Wis.

Wisconsin-based Sartori Co. has thrived in cheesemaking for 75 years by using fresh milk and forging four generations of relationships with partners and farmers, as well as combining cutting-edge research and analysis with old-fashioned techniques, writes CEO Jim Sartori. The company plans to celebrate its anniversary by releasing a Family Heirloom 36-month-aged Parmesan, as well as contributions and volunteer efforts with several community organizations, such as the Wisconsin Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer.
