Japanese shops nab top awards at "Cannes of Asia"

Japanese shops again emerged as the big winners, at the 10th annual Asia Pacific Advertising Festival, or "AdFest." Tokyo agencies won best of show prizes in four top categories, including TV, radio, cyber and innovation, at the event, which is becoming known as the "Cannes of Asia," in a nod to the ad festival held annually in the south of France.
