Mercedes-Benz to spend millions on "Sex and the City" effort

Mercedes-Benz USA has projected a budget of "a few million dollars" for TV spots to highlight its product integration role in New Line Cinema's silver-screen version of the HBO series, "Sex and the City." Merkley & Partners, New York, will collaborate with New Line Cinema on the co-branded campaign, which will be spearheaded by Michael Patrick King, the film's director.
