Opinion: Open skies helps D/FW, economy

The Open Skies agreement that becomes effective on March 30 will allow American Airlines and British Airways to move daily flights between Dallas and the U.K. to London's Heathrow Airport, the Dallas Morning News editorial board writes. Additionally, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will begin operating flights from Dallas to Amsterdam, the board writes. "Taken together, these routes open up Europe, Africa and the Middle East to D/FW and vice versa," the board writes.
