More consumers air customer-service complaints on social media

The majority of U.K. consumers surveyed by YouGov believe the recession should have spurred businesses to improve service to keep them as customers, but only 5% say that's actually happened. The survey also found that about 20% of consumers use social media channels to air their grievances more publicly than with more traditional methods, including e-mails or calling the company.
