Fitness clubs stay open for night-owl workouts

Health clubs and gyms use security and surveillance technology to stay open all night to accommodate an increasing number of shift workers and others who prefer an after-hours workout. Liz Neporent of the American Council on Exercise says that from a physiological standpoint, it does not matter when a person exercises, but some study data show that people who work out in the mornings tend to stick to their routines better.
