It's OK for bosses to need their beauty sleep, experts say

Some top business people -- Martha Stewart, say, or PepsiCo chief Indra Nooyi -- claim not to need more than four hours of sleep a night. There probably are a handful of people who can cope with next-to-no sleep, experts say, but most bosses are more effective and efficient after six to eight hours of uninterrupted pillow-time. "With the billions of people in the world, there are, I'm sure, people that only need four hours of sleep," says sleep specialist David Volpi. "But that would be the exception to the rule."
