Want an innovative company? It's time to walk the walk

When it comes to innovation, too many bosses love it but don't offer leadership or a strategy, argues Thomas D. Kuczmarski. It's virtually impossible to find a CEO who doesn't pay lip service to the importance of innovation, but that's not enough. "Innovation is a word that is easy and convenient to say. Making it happen is an important leadership role," Kuczmarski writes.
