Concrete among components for first prefab apartment in NYC

A 28-unit apartment building, designed by GLUCK+, is being built in New York City. The seven-story building, when finished, will be "the first prefabricated steel and concrete residential block" in the city. It will take only four weeks to assemble the 56 separate modules that make up the apartment units.
