Fast-food chains' secret menu items bypass labeling rules

Fast-food restaurants reportedly are creating secret menu items loaded with fat and calories that do not fall under nutrition-labeling regulations. The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine said it will release a list of the most unhealthy items. The group's registered dietitian Susan Levin said the goal is to alert people that these foods "are not without consequence."
