Technomic sees beef and pork opportunities

With beef and pork prices on the rise, suppliers and retailers can increase customer interest by offering different cuts of meat and flavors, Technomic Vice President Darren Tristano says. According to the research firm's updated Center of the Plate: Beef & Pork Consumer Trend Report, consumers choose beef or steak as their meal protein 33% of the time.
