Lawmakers asked executives from US Airways and American Airlines about plans to cut flights to mid-sized cities after the proposed merger. "Service to all metropolitan areas and mid-size and small cities is more important than ever," said Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn. "Yet we have seen reduced service to certain midsized cities."
