Minn. expected to keep Sunday liquor ban through 2014

Minnesota isn't likely to shed its laws banning liquor sales on Sundays, though it may be a year of small changes, this article says. State Sen. Roger Reinert said a repeal lacks the necessary votes to pass the House and that he would instead push for "baby steps," such as allowing breweries to sell growlers on Sundays. "I do want full repeal. But I'm also practical and realistic, and this is what we could do," said Reinert.
